South of Minas

The favorable climate and relief, combined with artisanal production of the drink, are the secrets of the award-winning region. The south of Minas has a mild temperature (between 18 and 20 degrees) and high altitudes (up to 1,400 meters) and has become one of the main producers of specialty coffees of Brazil. Coffee characteristics: medium body, high acidity, sweet, with floral and citrus notes; Mountains - velvety body, high acidity, sweet, with hints of caramel, chocolate, almond, citrus and fruity.

Alta Mogiana

A traditional coffee producer, it brings together 23 municipalities between the state of São Paulo and Minas Gerais. The coffee plantations are at an altitude that varies between 900 and 1000 meters, with a very mild annual average temperature, around 20º C. These climatic characteristics are ideal for the slow and uniform ripening of the grain, determining the quality and flavor of the drink. Characteristics of the coffee: striking aroma, fruity with hints of chocolate and nuts, velvety creamy body, medium and very balanced acidity and prolonged finish with a caramel sweetness and notes of bitter chocolate.
